I am the mother of 3 amazing girls and have been happily married for 32 years. I am all about living life to the fullest. Our family loves to go on different adventures together. We enjoy camping and all-wheel driving in the Rocky Mountains. We all gather for game nights and enjoy a great Colorado Eagles hockey game together.

November 25th 2008 our daughter Erica was riding her bike home from school when she was struck head on by a neighbor distracted by her cell phone. Erica was just around the corner. 15 pedals from our front door. She died 2 days later from a severe brain injury due to this 100% preventable car crash. Losing our daughter was the catalyst for my advocacy. There is a dire need to educate drivers about the deadly addiction of cell phone use and driving.
